About the Company

It all began back in 2012 when Beth tasted some coffee that had been roasted by a friend in a popcorn popper. Sounds a little strange, doesn’t it? But it was actually quite delicious. Beth immediately got to work and did some research on coffee roasting. She traveled to the Diedrich Facility Headquarters in Idaho for a coffee-roasting seminar and was fascinated with the Diedrich IR-2.5 Roaster. Beth was so impressed with the Diedrich roaster that she set the roaster up in her garage and started RGB (Roast Grind Brew) Fresh Coffee and Espresso. Fast forward to 2014; Beth turned her passion for coffee roasting into a coffee shop on wheels, Cozy Bear Coffee Hut. She traveled all over the state of Arizona successfully selling RGB Fresh Coffee. During that summer, she stayed up in the mountains of Pinetop and fell in love. She knew right away that this is where she wanted to settle in and open shop. Beth is proud to run Pinetop Coffee House & RGB Roasting Company where life is all about the 4 C’s: Community, Connection, Comfort, and Coffee.​
